Terms of Service

By accessing or using gVideo AI at gvideo.ai ("Service"), operated by Erosia Love Labs LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

gVideo AI is an AI-powered video generation platform that provides access to multiple AI video models (including Kling, Veo, Seedance, and Wan) through a unified credit-based system. You submit text prompts and the Service generates short video clips using third-party AI models.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

• Free accounts receive 50 credits upon registration. These credits are non-transferable and expire if the account is deleted.
• Paid subscription credits are granted monthly and reset on your billing date. Unused credits do not roll over.
• Credits are consumed when a generation job is submitted. If a generation fails due to a system error on our part, credits are automatically refunded.
• Credits are non-refundable except as described in the auto-refund policy above, or as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Depicts or encourages violence, exploitation, or abuse of any person or animal
• Contains sexually explicit material involving minors
• Is designed to deceive, defraud, or mislead others
• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. For videos generated on paid plans, you are granted a license to use the generated video for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the underlying AI model provider's terms.

Free tier videos may include a watermark and are licensed for personal use only.

The Company retains the right to use anonymized prompt and generation data to improve the Service.

The Service uses AI models provided by third parties (including fal.ai and model providers such as Kuaishou, Google DeepMind, ByteDance, and Alibaba). We do not control these models and are not responsible for their output, availability, or changes to their capabilities. Model availability may change at any time.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES OR UNINTENDED OUTPUTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EROSIA LOVE LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from Settings → Billing. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and unused credits are forfeited.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
